13.2  If kp68 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the minimum age, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned in accordance with the kp68 Terms and Conditions (subject to any required AML holds), and the personal data of the underage individual will be deleted at the earliest opportunity consistent with legal obligations.
